How does it work?
Pick the card for your occasion, upload your photo, and personalize the text, from the title to the attacks and message. We design and print your card, then ship it to you. See How It Works for the full walkthrough.
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see works best. Avoid heavy filters, blurry shots and photos taken from far away. We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC and WebP files up to 20MB.
Can I include more than one person or a pet?
Yes. Just make sure everyone you want on the card is in the photo you upload. On our anime and modern cards, you can also add a backup photo in case the first one doesn't quite work.
How do you turn my photo into artwork?
On our anime and modern cards, your photo is turned into anime-inspired artwork before it's set into the card. On our classic photo cards, your photo is placed on the card as-is, and you can move and resize it yourself. On our 8-bit cards, you build pixel characters instead of uploading a photo.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Because cards go into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes once your order is placed, so please double-check your spelling and details before checkout.

How big is the card?
Standard trading card size, printed on thick, premium 32pt card stock with smooth rounded edges.
What's the difference between Standard and Holographic?
Standard cards have a crisp, vibrant print. Holographic cards add a shimmering finish that catches the light, just like a rare pull.
Are these official Pokémon cards?
No. Our cards are custom, fan-made keepsakes designed in a Pokémon-inspired style. They aren't made, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo or The Pokémon Company, and they aren't playable in official tournaments.
Shipping & returns
How long will it take to get my card?
Every card is made to order and ships within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days.
What's the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by December 12 for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Carriers get busy during the holidays, so the earlier the better.
Can I return my card?
Because every card is custom made just for you, we're unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Read our full Shipping & Returns policy.
My package is late or missing. What should I do?
